As stated in the official Codemasters forums, the patch for Formula 1 has been released by SCEE (Sony Europe) and SCEJ (Sony Japan) and will be released at any time by SCEA (Sony America) and Live (Xbox 360 and PCs).
Thus, the full patch for PS3 will come out early this week and is currently being tested by Microsoft. So to be approved, will be released for the Xbox 360 and PC.
