Court suspends Lietuvos rytas arena

Lietuvos rytas got some bad news on Thursday when it was announced, that Vilnius county court suspended Lietuvos rytas arena. The action was taken following a lawsuit by Justas Sinica, former Rytas' player.

Sinica and his agent are sueing Lietuvos rytas over a salary, worth 1,366 million Litas (394 700 Euros).

Agency "East Players" is claiming Lietuvos rytas stopped paying Sinica his salary last spring and the contract was broken in August 2010. The contract was valid for 2 more years.

In June Sinica had a hip surgery, which he suffered while being a player of Lietuvos rytas. Team didn't cover expences of surgery either.

Lietuvos rytas arena is a part of Siemens arena complex. A team plays it's Lithuanian league games there.
