Arrmed insurgents have attacked the parliament of Russia’s volatile
Chechnya region, killing at least four people in battles with security
forces.
A suicide bomber reportedly detonated explosives outside the
building in Grozny as deputies arrived for work and rebels then went on a
shooting spree.
Some reports speak of an ongoing hostage drama. Others say all the rebels have now been killed.
